Apollo CRM, operated by A&B Consulting Group, Burr Ridge, IL
Terms of service
Last updated October 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of Apollo CRM. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you use it for.
The service
Apollo CRM helps contractors manage leads, estimates, contracts, scheduling, photos, invoices and material orders. Some features connect to other services (Google, QuickBooks, your supplier's ordering system, payment and messaging providers); those services have their own terms.
Your account
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else is using it.
- The company owner decides who on the team has access and what role they have.
- You must be able to enter a business agreement for your company.
Your data
Your company owns the data it puts into Apollo CRM. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for having permission to store your customers' information and to contact them, including by email and text.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive.
- Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
- Don't try to access other companies' data or disrupt the service.
Documents and signatures
Apollo CRM provides tools to build proposals and contracts and collect electronic signatures. Sample wording is a starting point only; you are responsible for your contracts, notices and pricing and should have them reviewed for your state.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what you can do.
Fees
Fees, if any, are set out in your agreement with us or your supplier. Optional add-ons, such as texting, may have their own charges.
Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to export or delete your company's data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put other customers at risk.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
